Canva is an online designing tool that lets you design posters, graphics, presentations, and other visual content. By integrating Canva with Beaconstac, you can add QR codes to your designs so that people can scan and connect effectively. Instead of sending QR codes via mail or zip files to your design team, they can fetch them from Beaconstac without leaving the Canva design space. For example, if your design team has created a poster for your company’s upcoming event, and you want to add a QR code for your viewers to scan and get the location details for your event, create a location-based QR code in Beaconstac. Your design can add that QR code to the event poster with ease.
Prerequisites
Beaconstac Pro plan or above with admin privileges.
Must have created at least one QR code in the platform
Integrate Canva with Beaconstac
Sign in to your Beaconstac account.
Click Integrations in the left menu.
Select Canva, then copy YOUR API KEY and ORGANIZATION ID.
Click Connect. You will be redirected to Canva's site.
Sign in to your Canva account if you haven’t already. To add a QR code to your design, you can do one of the following:
If you want to add a QR code to your existing design, click Use in existing design, then browse for the design from your Canva folder.
If you want to add a QR code to a new design, click Use in new design, then choose a design format.
Click Connect in the left panel.
Paste the copied API key and Organization ID in their respective fields, then click Yes, Continue. All the QR codes you created in your Beaconstac account will be listed in the left panel.
Select the QR code that you want to add to your design.
Once done, you can print, share, or publish your design. With Beaconstac, you can easily create and add any QR code and add them to your Canva design.
