While managing your company, creating Digital Business Cards (DBCs) for all your employees one by one can be tedious. To simplify this process, Beaconstac now enables you to create batches of digital business cards via the DBC bulk upload feature. With this bulk upload update, you can create hundreds of e-business cards for your organization in a matter of minutes.


How to bulk upload Digital Business Cards (vCards)

  1. Sign in to your Beaconstac account.

  2. Click QR codes in the left menu.

  3. Click Bulk upload in the top right corner.

  4. Click Digital Business Card (vCard).

  5. Format your CSV or XLSX file containing your employee details using our template. To view the template, click Download CSV template or Download XLSX template, under Use our template (recommended). The following are the fields that need to be filled.

  6. Upload your CSV or XLSX file containing your employee details by clicking browse under the Upload your data section.

  7. Select the file then click Upload.

  8. In the Branding section, set up your company’s branding details such as your company’s logo, color palette, and font of your card to match your brand’s theme.

  9. Click Next.

  10. In the Customize tab, select a design for your QR code. You can select a design from an existing template or create your own design.

  11. Click Finish.

  12. Enter a Label for your DBC batch, then choose a label color.

  13. Click Apply.

Once the bulk request is processed, and DBCs are ready, you will receive a mail. After that, you can distribute them to your employees.
