Beaconstac has now rolled out a native Slack integration, enabling your teams to stay up-to-date with the latest QR Code scan data. With the Slack integration, you can notify your team of real-time QR Code scans and form responses, directly on the Slack channel of your choice.

Setting up your Slack integration

Step 1: Ensure you are logged into your Slack workspace on your browser.

Step 2: Head over to the Beaconstac dashboard, open the ‘Integrations’ menu in the left panel and click on ‘Slack’.

Step 3: Select ‘Add to Slack’.

Step 4: Select the workspace you would like to use in the drop-down menu in the top right. Then, select the channel you would like to send QR Code notifications to in the drop-down menu at the bottom and click ‘Allow’.

Step 5: You can now select whether you want to be notified of QR Code scans, form responses, or both in the window that appears. Select the checkboxes as applicable.

Your team will now be notified of any QR Code scans or form responses in the Slack channel selected by you.
