Bulk operations let you perform multiple actions on your QR Codes seamlessly. Whether it’s downloading QR Codes in bulk, tagging them with labels, or exporting their analytics data, these operations eliminate manual efforts and help you save ample time.

QR Code list view operations

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Log in to the Beaconstac dashboard and go to QR Codes.

This is the QR Code list view where you can perform multiple bulk operations.

(i) Assign labels

Step 1: Click on Label at the top of the list to assign labels to all your QR Codes. Select the label(s) from the list.

Step 2: Click Apply once you’ve selected the label(s).

You’ve successfully assigned labels to your QR Codes.

(ii) Bulk download

Step 1: Click on Download at the top of the list to download your QR Codes in bulk.

Step 2: Select the file type, size, and error correction level, and click Download.

The download will start immediately in your browser and you’ll receive the QR Codes in a zipped file.

Note: You can only download 50 QR Codes at a time.

You can also perform the above operations for filtered QR Codes. After applying the filter (based on name, campaign, label, or URL), carry out the steps above.
