What are Zap Templates?

Zap Templates are ready-made Zaps where the apps are pre-selected. It reduces the time taken to set up workflows and helps users automate their tasks with just a few clicks.

Beaconstac has new predefined Zap Templates that are ready to set up and use across a variety of use cases. They are:

  1. Create dynamic QR Codes in Beaconstac from new Google Sheets spreadsheet rows

For every new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet, a dynamic QR Code is created in Beaconstac. Automate QR Code creation and avoid carrying out repetitive tasks.

Trigger - New Video in Channel in YouTube

Step 1: Choose App and Event - YouTube and New Video In Channel

Step 2: Choose Account - Select a YouTube account

Step 3: Set up trigger - Enter YouTube Channel ID.

For example, if your YouTube channel’s URL is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkr_QT-41Socd--jK37LNXA, the channel ID is UCkr_QT-41Socd--jK37LNXA
